How to Link Allegro Products to the Warehouse in Kiero OMS

Step-by-Step Instructions: Manual Product Mapping

Thanks to the new popover-based interface, this process takes only a few seconds.

Step 1: Navigate to the Allegro Offers List

Log in to your Kiero OMS dashboard and go to Integrations -> Allegro -> Offers.

Step 2: Use the Connection Status Filters

To quickly locate offers that need attention, use the new connection status filter. Select the "Unlinked" option. The system will display only those Allegro offers that do not have a matching warehouse product in Kiero OMS yet.

Step 3: Open the Connection Popover

Click the connection status button next to your chosen offer. A convenient popover window with mapping options will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Search and Select a Warehouse Product

Enter the product name, SKU, or EAN in the search bar inside the popover. The system searches your warehouse in real time. Choose the correct product from the list and click "Link".

And you're done! The offer is now linked, and stock levels will sync automatically from this point forward.
