The order limit applies to fetched and created orders in the current monthly cycle. After the period ends, the next-period plan is calculated from the actual order count, and the completed month is billed in arrears.

Yes, the Kiero OMS subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your organization's billing panel. During the month you see the forecast for the next period and can manually choose a higher plan or turn on Autopilot.

The active products limit refers to the number of unique product items in your catalog. If you reach the limit, you will not be able to add or import new products until you delete old ones or upgrade your plan.

Upon registering a new organization, you automatically receive a free 15-day Trial with full parameters. To continue using the service, the organization owner completes billing details and accepts postpaid billing. After acceptance, the first paid period lasts one month; the invoice is issued only after it ends and has a 5-day grace period. Without acceptance, the organization is blocked and may be deleted 30 days after Trial ends.
