Preview documents and attachments without leaving OMS

What changed?

Kiero OMS can now preview order documents and message attachments inside the app. PDFs and images open in a preview dialog, and documents can be downloaded without navigating to another page.

Benefit

You can check an invoice, label or customer attachment faster. The order or conversation context stays open, so you do not need multiple browser tabs.

How to use it

Choose a file in the documents card or a message. The preview opens with download and close actions; on mobile, it can be dismissed with the close control or gesture.

Important limitations

File access still depends on permissions and link validity. The preview is read-only and does not change the document.
