Issue digital licenses manually

What changed?

The Licenses section now includes a “Create license” action. An operator can choose an active digital product, a profile version and a quantity, then optionally assign the licenses to a customer. Keys are generated on the server and are shown for copying only after the operation succeeds.

Benefit

You can issue a license for an order handled outside the automatic fulfillment flow or for a test customer. There is no need to create an extra order just to generate a key.

How to use it

Open Licenses and select “Create license”. Choose a digital product, an active profile version and the quantity. You can search for a customer, but assigning one is optional. Copy the keys before closing the panel.

Important limitations

Only active, configured digital products and non-archived profile versions are available. One operation can create up to 100 licenses. Keys are not shown again after the panel is closed. The manual operation does not create an order or order item, and its production smoke test still requires separate verification.
