Unified channel financial analytics now includes Etsy and refunds
What changed?
Financial analytics now uses a shared operations ledger for sales channels. In addition to Allegro, it can include Etsy, WooCommerce, Stripe Sales and Kiero Store. Confirmed refunds appear as a separate expense category, while cancelled orders remain separate from revenue.
Benefit
You can assess sales profitability across channels in one place. Revenue, costs, refunds and profit are easier to compare without combining separate reports manually.
How to use it
Open financial analytics and select a period plus one channel or all channels. Run a data sync when you need the latest operations. In the summary and chart, check the refunds category and its share of revenue.
Important limitations
Etsy requires the appropriate OAuth scope and converts EUR or USD operations to PLN using the NBP rate for the operation date. WooCommerce provides confirmed order refunds, but shipping_total and fee_lines are not automatically treated as the seller's costs. The actual delivery cost must come from a shipping provider or another cost source. Applying the financial migrations to production still requires separate verification.
