Welcome to Kiero OMS (Order Management System) — an integrated platform created specifically for small and medium-sized e-commerce businesses (SMEs) in Poland to centralize and automate order processing.
This guide will help you complete registration, configure your account, and prepare the system for operation in less than 15 minutes.

Step 1: Registration and Organization Creation

- Click the Get Started or Create Free Account button on the home page.
- Enter your email address and choose a secure password.
- Confirm your email address by clicking the link in the activation email we send you.
- After logging in for the first time, the system will ask you to create an Organization (company profile). Enter:
- Your company's full legal name.
- NIP number (the system will automatically fetch company data from the Polish GUS database if available).
- Primary billing currency (defaults to PLN).
Step 2: Onboarding Process

After creating the Organization, the system will guide you through a quick 3-step onboarding:
- Warehouse Details: The system will automatically create a default warehouse location (e.g., Main Warehouse). Provide its physical address, which will be used as the sender address for shipping labels.
- Integration Selection: Mark the services you use (e.g., Allegro, Shopify, InPost). We will configure the connection to them in the next step.
- Team Invitations: If you work with a team (e.g., warehouse packers), you can send email invitations with defined roles (Administrator or Employee).
Step 3: Core Concepts in Kiero OMS

Before you begin, it is important to understand the system's data structure:
- Product (Inventory): The central database of your products in Kiero OMS. Each product has its own SKU, EAN, stock level, and price.
- Listing (Offer): A product published on an external marketplace (e.g., an auction on Allegro or a product in Shopify). Each listing must be linked to a product from the Inventory so that warehouse stocks synchronize correctly.
- Order: Aggregated transactions from connected shops. Kiero OMS imports buyer details, selected shipping methods, and order items.
