Allegro autoresponder
The autoresponder handles repeatable Allegro questions through controlled rules. Rules are configured separately for each connected account.
Configure a rule
- Select the Allegro account and event.
- Add conditions that limit the reply to the correct case.
- Select an approved template and verify its variables.
- Test the rule on a safe example before activation.
No reply should be sent when the account, recipient or template data cannot be matched unambiguously. Allegro time and technical limits still apply. Do not automate decisions that require human assessment.
