Templates store ready-to-use content for email, SMS, Telegram, and internal messages. The demo shows multiple channels, language settings, and variables that can be filled from an order.

Use short, unambiguous names and test each variable with one order. A template can be sent manually or triggered by an automation scenario.

Safe use

• select the template channel and language;
• use only variables available in that context;
• preview with a test order;
• define what happens when a variable has no value;
• test a manual send after editing before enabling an automation.
