Shipping, parcels and labels
Shipping connects an order with a parcel, carrier and label. Available options depend on the connected provider, contract and order data.
Typical workflow
- Verify the address, delivery method and collection point.
- Select a connected carrier and parcel parameters.
- Create one or more shipments when an order must be split.
- Generate the label, then download it or send it to Print Agent.
- Follow the tracking number and status history in the order.
A return can use a separate return label. Before retrying label generation, check whether the provider created a shipment during the earlier attempt.
